Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays and closed periods.

All orders are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, the item will either be sent to follow, or refunded.  

The Seller's policy is to despatch goods to meet the timeframe stated for delivery. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

 

Hair and beauty supplies ltd is not liable for delayed, missing or damaged parcels/contents if a delivery signature has not been obtained where the parcel has been left in a designated safe place at your request .  If you choose to have your order delivered to a location you deem as ‘safe’ then the liability transfers to you.

Please note, delivery addresses cannot be changed on an order by a customer once payment has been taken. 

 

Returns

Returns can be made for 14 days after the purchase date. 

To request a return, please email info@hairandbeautysupply.co.uk. Any delay in response from the returns team will not effect the time frame in which the item/s must be returned, this will be taken into account.

All returns are paid for by the customer, we recommend tracked shipping. 

Please note some items are not eligible for return including;

• LIQUID CREAM PEROXIDE DEVELOPERS
• HAIR REMOVAL WAX
• SHAMPOOS
• CONDITIONERS

We can not accept any items or products for return that have been opened, used or damaged. These items will not be refunded.
